What happened to customer service? How hard is it to put your entire order in a plastic bag? The receipt is itemized! Can't bring the food that you forgot to put in the sack to our room because it's to dangerous? What happened to "What can I do to make it better"
They stopped including the fries with the burgers... So $13 for just an okay/good burger. Pretty expensive even for a casino fast food...
Great burger and fries! Really fresh veggie toppers. However, I wanted a crispy chicken breast but other fryer was down. So, no chicken & not due to chicken shortage. Equipment malfunction. The Apple Danish was dry... won't get again. Wanted Cherry but to no avail. Glad had later hours though to be able to get something to eat while hanging out.
