Winking Lizard Brunswick

The food was as expected for this chain. No complaints about service either. However, I’ve been to several Winking Lizard locations and this one feels very generic compared to the others. Most Winking Lizard locations have some amount of character, but this location kinda feels like a bunch of tables and a bar in an old convenience store.

Stopped in for lunch. Had a nice cold beer and a burger. The burger was good and cooked medium rare just like I like it. Winking Lizard had a great selection of beer. The service was ok, I did not care for the snobbiness from the bartender. The place was clean and the place was clean. Overall not a bad experience.

Honestly, if I can rate the Wings a Zero, I would. I’ve loved Winking Lizard for years and have never had a bad order until today. The Wings were very bland, huge, tough and definitely not cooked Crispy as I requested. Totally disappointed. The inside is Gooey and skin is Soggy. Hopefully these reviews are read and acted upon because personally, I don’t particularly want to avoid this location, but I refuse to drop almost $30 on Wings to have them thrown in the trash. All the wings I have ordered from other locations have been cooked perfectly Crispy and full of flavor. These totally missed the mark! Many Thanks to the Manager on Duty for professionally and patiently addressing my issue. It really made a difference in my overall experience and opinion of the Brunswick location and shows that concerns are handled appropriately.
