Pizza Hut

I don’t understand why there is so much variation in pizza day to day, place to place and cook to cook. A good restaurant makes their food consistently. When Pizza Hut does their pizza right, it’s great! I’ve always loved the original pan. It’s a disappointment when the crust doesn’t come out crispy on the bottom the way it should. Nah, no crispy bottom this time. Sorry! It really irritates me when they put so little cheese on it that once it melts, it’s like a sheet of paper. Ridiculous! You pay almost $19 for a large pepperoni pizza and there’s about a half ounce of cheese on it, paper thin. if they have to boost profits, then raise the price. Make it $50, but put enough cheese on it. Ridiculous! Do these guys practice putting it on that thin? Is that how they’re taught? Do they put the rest of the cheese in a bag and take it home? It should have about an eighth of an inch of cheese on it. What, do they put cheese on with a spraygun now? How much do you have to pay to get the right

The last 2 times I have gotten pizza at this Pizza Hut I have asked for extra sauce and have gotten almost no sauce on the pizza. Both times you could pick up the cheese and see only crust. It was very disappointing and a waist of my money because no one wanted to eat it and my grandson refused the pizza.

Kept me waiting in the lobby 30 minutes after my pickup time (on an order I placed hours ago) and then gave me someone else's order when it turns out mine was waiting in the warmer the entire time. Of course this happened on a day I needed to get these somewhere on a tight time table.
