I was very disappointed the chicken was really small and very hard there was no meat on the bones. I ordered the Lemon pepper it was soooo salty i couldn’t even get through it also i ordered the potato fries i assumed it was the the regular potato waffle fries as i was ordering pick up so i relied on the staff to feed me info I get there and it’s sweet potato fries ( which is fine with me ) but they were so over cooked and burned i couldn’t eat them

I ordered my food at 12:06 anticipating 20-30 minutes for preparation. My lunch break is at 12:30, so I wanted to make sure the food was ready when I arrived. I arrived around 12:40 and unfortunately, the food was not ready. Come to find out, the owner came in during the day and gave my food to someone else. The owner was no longer there and apparently, didn't tell anyone that the order was given away. No one realized my food had been given away until AFTER I paid for the food. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. The cashier just moved in to the next customer in line. 2 customers later, I had to interrupt and ask what was going on. She wasn't even going to tell me my food wasn't ready. I explained that I intentionally ordered my food early bc I was working and had to get back to work. Now, I'm going to be late bc my food is just now being prepared. When I asked to speak to a manager,I was met with hostility and an ultimatum to take a refund or wait for the food. I even had to a
