On occasion The smokehouse brisket Sandwich is delicious yet on other occasions the meat can be dry

TLDR: Don’t go here, long waits, gets your food wrong, doesn’t care. This Arby’s location is terrible. I went inside to order a 4 piece mozzarella sticks and had to wait 5 minutes while the employees chatted and stared at me until one finally decided they would have to take my order. Not a huge deal but still unprofessional. After I ordered I waited 10 minutes before the manager came and told me that they are out of mozzarella sticks and offered me something else or a refund. While I was waiting inside for this my girlfriend went through the drive through for a separate order (thinking this would be easier than two drive through orders together) and had to pull back through 3 separate times. First they gave us a small fry instead of a large fry, then they forgot the cheese sauce we ordered on the side, then they didn’t even fill the cheese cups halfway when we get it as a side all the time and get much more than what they gave. The place was clean but the food was horrible. Hard curly fries my sandwich taste like the meat had been left out to sit and get cold and hard. The Mac and cheese I ordered was cold and hard. Just flat out bad food.
