Must be under new management because the wings are amazing when you get them extra crispy. Would give the food a 5-star rating!! However, the store hours indicate a 9 PM close during the weekdays, but when we called at 8:40 (we live 1-mile away) for a pick-up order, they told us they stopped taking orders at 8:30. So we went up there to make sure and they said the turn off the fryer at 8:45 because it takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken. Guess what time it was? 8:46 >_> Did they take our order anyway since we were there? Nope. Just disappointed in the service and that management would allow the employees not to continue service through the publicized store hours. You know who would never? Chic-fil-a!!

Waited a long time for a dine in order. Sandwich was fine. Fries were cold and soggy. Air conditioning dripping off the ceiling. Wet wipe they gave me smell horrible. Worst part was the ice machine that looked algae infested (see picture). Will not return.

I was suppose to dine in - ended up taking out Staff is so rude - specifically the manager. After waiting for 30 min for my food after ordering - I asked an employee about my order he called the manager that was so rude and he started explaining that people are behind me in line because they ordered online though I was there for dine in and I explain that it makes no sense when somebody is coming in to dine in the restaurant you should have a queue different than the online queue or mention from the beginning that the kitchen is backed up and we have to wait much longer, i could have left from the beginning
