Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am a huge fan of chipotle, and eat there often. My experiences at this location have quite literally been the worst chipotle experiences of my life taste/quality wise. I’ve gone 4 times now to get pickup orders as it’s close to my house and each and every time my order has been made incorrectly. The quality of the vegetables is extremely poor (completely brown guac, soggy lettuce, slimy tomatoes, etc.) and their meat would be more appropriately advertised as jerky. I never write reviews for really anything, but this order I picked up today was so strikingly poor I felt I owed it to the public to warn you not to order here. I kept coming back as I thought maybe they were having off days, but I won’t be back for a fifth time. Go to a different chipotle if you value your time/money.

There was no line, I’m first up. There was no one at the counter. No problem I’ll wait. Employee comes, no greeting or smile. I ask for a quesadilla and I’m told that they can’t make them right now.. she didn’t give me a reason but whatever. I get the last scraps of cheese in my burrito. Mid-fold, the employee leaves and hands my burrito off to another girl who couldn’t finish the burrito fold.. salsa leaked out as she sealed it with foil. I wanted their flavored lemonade, the bins were empty so no drink for me. The cash register was down so she asks to take my card to the pickup window. I say I have a reward to scan. She says It can’t be scanned at the pickup counter and turns and walks away with my card. I don’t know how much I’m paying. Got my card back, still don’t know the total. I stand there thinking she’ll go and get my receipt since she didn’t say bye to me yet lol. I stand there for minute (still the only one in line) then finally I ask for a receipt. My husband ordered a salad bowl and found this in it. Tried calling the restaurant and couldn't even get anyone to answer. I couldn't eat the guacamole o ordered on the side because it had shreds of cheese in it and I'm allergic to dairy. Cross contamination for allergies doesn't seem high on their list. Never found a silica packet in food before. Just gross. Makes you wonder what else is their food. Overpriced and not very good. Never going back to this one.
