Too bad there are no zero stars. I don't even know where to begin. I placed an order at 5:55 pm. The website said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 15 and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. After another 15 minutes, the boss-wannabe asked me what I wanted. Yes, like this, what do you want? I said, first of all, your name and your manager's contact information. His answer: I don't have a name, and left. He became irritated when I asked for his manager's contact info again; he said we don't have such a thing and started throwing things around, like the ice bucket (see picture). Later he took out his anger on the telephone and the hand sanitizer dispenser on the right side of the counter. His appearance: Fully tattoed right forearm, White Sox baseball cap, pants down, visible underwear. Newly renovated Wingstop location with Coca-Cola Freestyle. Service is typically slow even if you place an order online. Unfortunately often low staffed. However, food is always good and some of the deals on their website are unbeatable!

Placed online order, went to target and returned but the order still wasn't ready. Workers said it'd be 5 minutes but ended up waiting an hour total. Plenty of other upset customers with me, some requested refunds and workers didn't know how to process that , manager was called and didn't want to deal with it. Place used to be good but now wait times are ridiculous, won't be visiting anytime soon.
