Burger King

When I ordered a ChiKing sandwich, even after repeating 3 times, I still got a Original Chicken Sandwich instead. I had already drove home (~20 miles away) when I noticed this. After calling the store and asking for a refund (I wasn't gonna drive back), he said I never went there (I checked, I called the right store), and he hung up. I had to contact corporate to get the refund. TLDR: Don't eat here, eat at another burger king

Never going back!! This owner whether out of spite or money is having cars towed out of his lot when they go to Eggsperience right in the same lot. There is no signage that says it's a burger king lot. I parked right in front of Eggsperience and my car along with at least 6 others were towed. It also cleared the restaurant when people realized what was happening because everyone was parked there. I assume this person makes some kickback on the towing because if he really didn't want people to park there, he would have a sign up that says burger king parking only. We were at Eggsperience but I have eaten at this Burger King many times. Never again!!. When I went to the towing company to get my car, they said they tow lots of cars out of that lot everyday. What a great way to do business. Trick people into parking in your lot and then have them towed. I attached pictures and you can see how absurd this is.

I Ordered food for my family, and the lady who worked the drive thru who's name is "JESSICA" insisted I ordered a large sprite when i am 100% sure I did not order a large Sprite. However she insisted on arguing with me about ordering a large Sprite. I asked for her name constantly, yet she did not respond. So I reacted with a horn honk to get her attention and still she ignord me. I then asked another employee who at the time I did not know was her manager, and finally found out her name. She then abruptly, interrupted our conversation saying " Go ahead and tell because that's my manager right there" pointing at the employee who gave me her name. At that time I realized reporting her to the manager on shift would make no difference. And so I am responding with this bad review. And no I'm not a Karen.
