What is the point of having a phone number if you dont answer it? The food is ok but I have come 4x and have stayed on the hold line for the 20 minute drive just to see if they answer and nope! Like what? WILD!

Food was good rolls are great. Door dash delivered my order but I was missing some stuff. Delivery driver was excellent she beat the clock by 1 minute

They took my order @8:09, I stand up and ask how long it would take for my order to be ready @8:30 they told me it would take 10 min. I was seating there and all the employees were looking at me . @9:59 I stand up and ask again how long it would take, the guy told me He already cancel my order. I was really mad because he didn’t let me know the order was cancel, he saw me I was seating waiting for my order and didn’t take the time to tell me anything. Customer service at this store is the worst, they didn’t apologies or anything. Everyone in the kitchen where only preparing online orders they didn’t care about the people who order to eat there. Such a bad experience, I don’t recommend this place. It was my first time going to wings stop.
