Wingstop

Good - **** Wingstop has this latest item called Chicken Sandwich which is basically a crispy, juicy chicken sandwich with pickles in your choice of flavor and 1 dip. You get the chicken in any of the wing sauce flavor. Since I love the Mango Habanero with pickle. Had the fries made with lemon pepper seasoning. Loved the sandwich. The flavor was good though the sandwich was small.

I had a horrible customer experience with this Wingstop. I placed an order online and then immediately after placing it realized I placed it at the wrong location. Within seconds, I called this location to cancel, and the representative said it was canceled. 15 minutes later (after I had ordered from the correct location), she called me back saying it was not canceled and she could not cancel it because they had already made the wings when I called to cancel. She insisted on charging me and said her manager had directed her to do this.

I like the decor in the dining area. Had a short wait before I received my order wrong wrong wrong. Rolls were hard as rocks. I got a 10 piece instead of the 6 I ordered. The chicken was covered in parmesan in such a way you couldn't even taste if garlic was in it.
