Wingstop

Ordered take-out. The bag had the sticker ripped apart before we got the bag. The food had clearly been picked through. Everyone's food was mostly missing except one person's. That person didn't feel comfortable eating as they did not know who's hands had been picking through it. Plus the remaining food was dumped out of the container loose straight into the bag. I asked for a refund. They said they had processed it, but I never got my money back over a week later. I think they lied. I'm not sure that I'm comfortable ordering from there anymore honestly. Its a bit shady.

Smaller portions. The fried corn that came with the six piece boneless was about the size of a half of ear of corn. The corn was still on the cob and the ten dollars for the six nuggets that came with corn seemed spendy for the portion side. Staff was very friendly and helpful as I had never ordered there before.

I came here upon recommendation from my daughter. I ordered the crew pack which is 30 wings, fries, veggies sticks and sauce. I was charged for only 30 wings and not the crew pack. I get it home and I'm missing everything but the wings. They tape your bag closed with a sticker so I didn't check the bag until I was home. I called them in attempt for them to right their wrong and I'm being told that I will have to pay an additional 10.99 + tax. I explained to the lady that first off there isn't tax on food in the state of Ohio. Secondly the crew pack is 36.99 and I paid 30.99 why would I be paying 10.99 + tax when there is only a $6 difference from what I paid for and what I ordered...... Never the less, I was given the run around. I will not be back to wingstop. I will continue to go to their competitor wings and rings because they have never screwed up my order. Or try to conceal that they screwed it up taping my bag closed. I wouldn't waste your time here.
