Penn Station East Coast Subs

I have a feeling people don't use this location often just because it sits back where you don't notice it and everytime I go no matter the time or day it's never but 1 or 2 people eating in, however this location is great. The staff is always super friendly. Service is fast as can be considering everything is made to order. No bad experience here!! If your in the mood for an Eastchester sub and your in the area check them out!!

Horrible experience! I have been a fan for twenty years. This week (jan 18 2022) stopped by for a lunch date with my daughter. Two people working noone buy us in the place. Young girl more interested in clicking away on her cell phone with her ultra long and dirty fingernails than taking our order apparently. Got our order of two sandwiches wrong, and gave us cold fries that were sitting out instead of making fresh even though only two people in the place. Had to remake my daughters order and seemed confused on how to place the order.. got it wrong a second time. Dreary depressing atmosphere. Cant believe this place is in business. Only good location is in Hartwell apparently. stay away.

Normally I enjoy the experience but this time wasnt so good... bruh i can wait another 2 minutes for some fresh crispy fries.. I dont ever need folks to rush to give me raw food... that's bad service young man... i know you thought you was tryna hurry... but there's no need to get anyone sick off some half cooked food. Common sense should tell you that. Very disappointed when I tasted the fries and threw them away driving home.
