Wingstop

I was very disappointed. My fries were overcooked and soft and my wings were tasteless. I ordered it spicy and that they got right but it was just HEAT - no salt, pepper or seasoning on the meat. I will not return.

I came in late to order my food and all I seen was the employees on their phone laughing. As soon as I ordered the lady at the register seemed as though she was bothered and wasn’t really welcoming. As I was waiting for my food for about 20 minutes the employees were just standing around as others were waiting for their food as well. I finally got my food and I didn’t have my drink or the extra sauce I asked for. I told the lady at the register and she rolled her eyes and buffered and came back and just handed to me in a rudely matter. I can’t lie the food is good it’s just the customer service is horrible at this place. It makes me not want to ever come back. I pray whatever these employees are going through they check it before they come to work because it was not a good experience to come in and get greeted so rudely after working a 12 hour shift. Everybody is going through something, we just get through it and keep pushing with a smile.

I paid a good amount for a large voodoo fry. My fries had wayyy too much seasoning literally dumped on it. It was completely inedible. I used to eat here a lot but I promise I won’t be back. … More
