Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar

My original plan was to go to Texas Roadhouse but the wait was to long so we went here instead. It took about 20 min to be seated.(party of 3) They were busy and it took over an hour to get out food. (Seated at 6:40 food came at 8: 30) I ordered the mix and match broil. With snow crab,shrimp and added sausage and boiled eggs. I asked for the hook and reel special blend seasoning spicy. My 4 yr old granddaughter got spaghetti. My daughter got the same as me. The seasoning was VERY BLAND and the sausage was sliced thin. The kids spaghetti had onions and peppers in it. (Not that its a problem) it would have been nice to know either by notice on the menu or the server should have said so. What kid will eat onions and peppers ( not mine at least). My server did the best he could I guess, but he was not very attentive. Only thing that came on time was the check. You did have management come around and apologize for the wait. But for 121.00 tab not including the tip. The food was not worth

My wife and I stopped here at the Snellville location yesterday for dinner. Upon entry we were immediately greeted by the hostess. We noticed that the establishment was really clean and very bright. We ordered drinks and they came out really quick. Just wanted to mention between 3 and 6 they have $5 margaritas!...and $4 pints. We also ordered hush puppies that came out less than 5 minutes later. My wife ordered the Catfish poboy and I ordered the shrimp poboy. Both sandwiches were really tasty! Misse (Missy), our waitress was excellent! We will certainly visit again!
