Unreal every time I give this place another chance after months of not going the incompetence just gets worse a simple order of 2 ten piece lemon pepper traditional combos but received hot honey boneless for 1 and the other 1 half traditional plain and half boneless I don't even know the flavor on top of that soda machine not working this place is beyond a joke save your money and go to the thirsty turtle

They're fast and counter personnel are professional and courteous, but the wings were trash at the location. I ordered lemon pepper wings and the cook over-salted them so much that my wife wanted me to go get our money back . But knowing they were fried hard , I just rinsed them off and they were delicious. Young workers need more training in the kitchen. So give it to them. No one needs to get written up or fired , it's management's fault. Do better, longer training. Teach employees that the customers are the currency , not an annoyance. Satisfied customers = future raises , and more locations with promotions in place. Don't let poor judgment destroy your business.

Staff and food are always on point whenever we come here! John the manager is ALWAYS present and working with his employees side by side! This to me is what makes a great working environment and also a pleasant dining experience!! Team work makes the dream work! Way to go guys!!
