The Jade Bowl

Tonight was the first time we ordered from the Jade Bowl. I am surprised that the flavors are completely different from our usual take-out place, Chinatown across the street which closes too early, at 9pm. Jade food feels way less greasy yet still very flavorful! I even enjoyed the plain white rice. We ordered General Tso's chicken, seshuan beef, triple delight and mushu pork dinner specials. Everything was different from what we are used to, yet not different in a bad way. Just different. We enjoyed everything. Our family of 4 had our faces stuffed and couldn't finish all 4 meals. So portions are rather generous, notwithstanding the food shortage and the rising food prices. I was particularly impressed with the whole unopened bag of wraps that came with mushu pork. It was a very nice touch. All in all, I am going to order from this place again, try some other dishes, and would definitely recommend everyone in the neighborhood to try it out :) Thank you!

Been ordering for a while, food is always great. Have never had issues with them fixing any mistakes either, which is a huge plus. Love this place :)

I keep giving this place a chance but always seem disappointed. Crab Rangoon's were flat like a pancake , where's the filling? I Ordered two Orange Chicken Combo's...one was "okay" but the other i ordered with white meat and it came with this odd chewy coating that was terrible. The fried rice was good. It seems to me they have changed their products, not the same food.
