No one ever answers the phone. It’s as if they go out of their way to ignore it. The only reason they get 2 stars is that the food is good and the cashiers are nice, but this phone thing is out of control. I’ll start going elsewhere. UPDATE: Since posting this review, absolutely nothing has changed. They actively ignore their phones it seems. I do not want to be forced to order online because my order always seems to be wrong when I do it that way. I wonder how much money they lose to frustrated customers from not answering their phone. Nothing has changed, avoid unless you’re willing to wait 45-60 minutes.
I’ll be completely honest with you, my meal was very depressing. For everyone who ordered hot wings flavor & spicy Korean on this day is probably tasting what I’m tasting. For whatever reason it just taste sour it doesn’t have the taste that it’s labeled not even close. Definitely will not have Wingstop anytime soon. The soda was good at least ????
Pre ordered and waited in a 15 minute line. When we got to front they said it wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. Got our food 45 minutes after the pick up time they gave us.
