Since the closing of the Livermore store, I’ve had to drive to Tracy and Pleasant Hill for Rubio’s. The customer service at Pleasant Hill is noticeably better than that of Tracy’s. The food was also prepared much faster. I always get the Shrimp Trio, so I noticed right away that Pleasant Hill’s wasn’t as good. I dug up the photos and added them to this post. One is from Pleasant Hill and the other is from Tracy - you can judge for yourself.
This place use to do gd fish tacos but not anymore . I went there on 8/25 when they just opened up & order / especial fish tacos to go & they gave me some dry out over cook fish that I couldn’t even eat & cost me over $10 . Never again will I go back there . Pitiful
Today I placed an order through doordash. Firstly it got delivered way too late, food was cold. Then I found out that there was bacon on my shrimp tacos?! I’m religious and it’s forbidden to eat pork. This should not have happened even not by accident.
