Wingstop

My son and I came because we were craving chicken wings. When he got his he was pulling the “Daddy it’s gross” thing and I was upset with him and told him to eat it. Soon after I understood why and felt bad. The wings were totally soaked in grease. It was terrible. We threw our wings in the trash and left. I won’t be back!

Zack the manager refused to fix my order after ruining our family dinner! We asked for credit to which Zack refused to talk to a concern customer. Maybe someone above Zack can make it right I have no problem not eating there again Buffalo Wild Wings are next door!

Sorry I couldn’t rate it a zero , but most definitely these location has the worse customer service!! We’ve tried calling to place and order and they keep hanging up they finally answered and said sorry we are very busy and it’s an hour wait and I replied it’s fine I’ll place my order , then she hung up called back and put me on hold without saying anything !! I’m a patient person but these kids need a lot of training , it’s been happening for the last few times we’ve tried to order they just didn’t answer and if they do they put you on hold
