Always take forever, staff are sloppy and always forget items or give me the wrong food. Everytime I have been here it always takes 40 minutes to an hour to get for for 2 people, JUST 2 PEOPLE!! Don't waste your time or money.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service that my husband and I received in this store today. We come to this location every other week for dinner, feeding a family of 4. Today we decided to do lunch because we wanted to try the chicken sandwiches. However, because of the woman who was attempting to take our order, we walked out and decided to go else where. Her attitude came off as annoyed and very unpleasant. When asking her a question about a flavor, instead of getting an answer; we received dead silence and a stare from her. So my husband reiterated his question and she went on to say they no longer had that flavor. Because of her tone, energy and overall attitude towards my husband when asking a simple question, he chose to walk out. We understand working in fast food isn’t an easy job, and it is very easy to be frustrated during your work hours. Had he of been rude or disrespectful, this type of treatment would have made sense.
