The pizza and wings was warm. The first delivery person (door dasher) never brought me my food. I called. Jill said give it 5 more minutes. Failed. Jonathan answered the second time. He said he would make it again. They did. Called when door dasher picked it up. They had the door dasher call me on their way. They went out of their way to ensure I got my food. Amazing service.
Now I remember why I haven’t had papa johns in over a year. Service was fine. The app’s pizza tracker is useless. Wings were over cooked and mushy. Pizza was worse than most frozen pizza.
