Placed two bundle specials and did not get my fries in one order. Simply was told to come get them, unacceptable when they should have packed the order correctly from the beginning. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told apparently there is no manager on duty. How is that even possible for a business to run with no management. Horrible customer service. Tia and Leslie did not help at all. I simply wanted a refund for what a fries cost. Why am i going to waste gas because a fast food restaurant cannot follow everyday procedure. This location Left me on hold for a very long time with no solution and unprofessional on the phone. If I could I will give 0 stars. I was not pleased with this service. Will not return.

Unprofessional. Manager asked me what I was looking at. I was looking at your bogus eyelashes. While taking my order one of the employees digging all in her purse to find change so she can buy her some Jose Cuervo that she told the manager to go get. The chicken sandwich was amazing though. Service was great she was attentive. Service was quick. Flavor fenomenal. Over all very Happy with everything.
