Subway

Went in for a lunch and did not get a chance to order. Lady making the sandwiches was totally ignoring me. She couldn't speak much of English or answer any questions that I had. I left

Poor service. Employees not trained properly. The new kid didn’t even know how to cut the bread and the manager just stood and watched and did not offer any help. Took over 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches because the employee didn’t know what went on the sandwiches. The manager could not even wrap the sandwiches, when I pulled them out of the bag they came out the wrapper. Went there less than a month ago and there were no issues. Turn over rate extremely high at this location. Will not be returning-they used to be good.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!!! Final straw was today shouldn’t have gave them multiple chances.. first I did an online order for a chicken wrap to pick up on my way to work. When i got to work found out didn’t put any chicken on there only vegetables. Ruined my whole lunch since I can’t leave for lunch at my job. I went back up there a few days later to tell them about the girl that made it was in there and she knew what she had did and the manager was acting like it was killling him to make me another sandwich. Today the same girl only put half the meat on my wrap I had to keep asking here how many trays of meat should be on there she said 1 tray which it’s really suppose to be 2. I called another subway to confirm… they are doing this on purpose thinking people won’t realize it so I called up there a spoke with the manager… he starts acting like his English wasn’t that good and couldn’t understand what I was saying. Trying to answer I totally different question than what I asked him..
