Wingstop

Well.....1st time visit to Portage Trail store. Was anticipating Garlic Parmesan wings. Waiting 30 min. outside in car with full view. Kept waiting. Girl kept saying order not ready. Finally gave us a bag. Got home. Order not correct: no Parmesan wings. Cold fries. Bag sat there 30 min. Seriously not a good experience. Family ate good: i had peanut butter n jelly. Will not be back (me personally) Family loved the wings they had! UPDATE: My husband went back the very next day, explained the situation, and they replaced the whole order, nice and hot, correct, and on the house! Thanks, Wingstop! You stepped to the plate and popped the ball out of the park: HOMERUN! Thanks SO much! And it was pretty tasty: better the second time around!

Ordered today for the first time. The wings were a good size. They could have been saucier but the flavor was good. Ordered the mango habanero. Had good heat to them. I’d definitely order again!

I feel like wing stop is a hit or miss depending on who cooking the meal. But when I went the other day the young lady in the the front was the cashier & the cook and she made the food good. The fries was the best I had from them ever.
