Awful service, man at the counter treated us like it was a bother we came in when my husband was excited to try for the first time. We ordered our food to go, and the chef put it on the tray, not a big deal until they just shoved it in a bag rather than put it in a togo container. So our garlic fries made a mess in the bag. The key lime concrete was okay, but the garlic fries were soggy and over seasoned, burger was average at best. First time there, we decided we won’t ever be going back even before receiving our food because the customer service left an awful first impression!

I would have to agree with what my brother John Henry wrote. He took me for the first time the other day (I live out of state). The staff in this place really do care about there customers and go out of there way to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. Best buger I have had in a longtime. Absolutely loved the CEO burger, and onion rings were amazing. Lisa absolutely is amazing at was she does and easy to have a conversation with. Jess recommend the Ceo burger to me and she was spot on. Ivory recommend a concentrate and let me tell you very very good. The other girls were beyond amazing also very friendly and beyond helpful. They have absolutely the best staff I think I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Me and my friend went there this morning and we had an amazing experience. Lisa was so inviting and helped us figure out what we wanted to get. The food was also amazing I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
