Wingstop

I order Wingstop weekly. The last 4 times I’ve ordered delivery from here something is missing from my order. 3 of those 4 times the food was noticeably not well-done as ordered. Squishy skin and soggy fries. I tried pick up today and of course they didn’t include the dips that they want to charge extra for. 2 months ago I ordered delivery through their app and the food never came. When I called the store and after being confused at what to even do, the girl said they would only issue a refund and not replace the order, even though it was only 9 pm. I was chill about it and asked if they needed my card or could do it automatically. She said she just entered it during the call and to wait 3-5 business days for my bank but the refund never showed up. I honestly love Wingstop so I blew it off but it’s at a point now where they are messing up every single order and management needs to fix these issues and make sure employees aren’t understaffed, are doing the orders correctly, and whatever

YESSSS!! Finally! The coveted, ultra crispy, luxurious little pieces of chicken wing I crave! I’ve battled it out with my usual wingstop for this very very crispy delight. To no avail… This location, specifically Luisa? (I feel I’m butchering this) answered the phone. Placed the order. Upon picking it up, she said she left it for an additional 10 min. What magic she created… there is no other wingstop for me, I have found my home.

I've ordered from this location numerous times and been very happy. However my last order I placed and had it delivered. They gave me someone else's order mine was nearly 40 dollars worth of boneless chicken and a chicken sandwich they gave me 5 bone in lemon pepper wings and some fries. When I tried calling the driver the phone number was not connected when I tried calling the store it rang and rang till it hung up on me three times. When I went to their website and app to get my refund they had me submit a complaint only to send me a gift card for 10 dollars instead of refunding my money so here I am negative 30 dollars hungry and feeling scammed absolutely terrible customer service. They have lost a customer and a bunch of business as I am the one who orders catering for my entire company.
