Nearly every time we order from this location the food is not hot. I don’t mean it’s mildly warm, no it feels as though the food was made at least 30-45 minutes prior to pickup or delivery, then handed to me. When we call the store to talk to someone, the phone just rings unanswered.
I will never go to this Wingstop again, the customer service was terrible. Mckenzie didn’t get the name right on both orders or the wings. We waited almost an hour for 18 Bone-in wings and 6 Boneless wings. I don’t know if there was a manager or what but there were three people back there and it was a terrible experience. Fries were cold, Barely any seasoning.
Met this nice young man today named Desmond. He is a great worker. He made sure I was well taken care of & my food was awesome!!! Thanks to him, i will be back!!!!!! … More
