TLDR: pretty good food and would definitely go back. Long version: we got the chicken and scallops with fried rice and the steak with noodles. The chicken was a little dry but still flavorful. I thought the scallops were pretty good considering we are nowhere near the ocean. Fried rice was nice and had nice chunks of egg which I enjoy. The steak was a little chewy but again still good and probably just the type of cut they buy. The noodles were pretty good, one of the better "lol mein" style noodles I have had locally. Yum yum sauce is standard but also means it's good. It was clean inside, people were nice and friendly and service was quick. Overall everything was pretty good and had good flavors overall. Some hibachi style places almost fear seasoning things and I felt like they didn't go crazy here but everything definitely had flavor.
Fast. Generous portions. Decent when you sauce it up with yum yum and egg yolk sauce. A little pricey Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes … More
So I tried this place recently and was disappointed. The chicken was bland and the rice was mushy. The service was so so. So I wanted the 20oz bottle of Pepsi but they were out which was $1.50 so they sold me a can of Pepsi instead for the same price...go figure. This restaurant is owned by the same folks who own the Mexican restaurant Mi Tradicion right next door, it said so on the receipt. So what probably happened was someone had the bright idea to open another restaurant with the empty space that was part of the building. Well they should just stick to making Mexican food cause they have what it takes to make hibachi food.
