Wingstop

This has been the absolute WORST experience with a restaurant. Customer service/management has been horrible! My husband and I ordered food online from the Oakley location on Sunday. We waited the estimated time of 30 minutes before picking up our food. We get there and walk in to the location when a female yells we’re closed. I was super confused considering it let me order food online. So I tried getting her attention and asked her how do I get a refund since they already charged my card. She says “call the store” I walked outside and was so confused because obviously why would I need to call the store if I was already there?! So I go to walk back in and the gentleman locked the door so I knocked, he came to the door and asked what he could help me with I explained what the lady had said and he said unfortunately I would have to call the next day to get a refund. We left and I waited to call until Monday and hitch was the next day, no answer at all then I called Tuesday still nothing

I bet the food is good if you can order it but I've tried for 5 days and no dice. Randomly opens and closes online, doesn't answer phone, and if you go in person they just tell you they aren't open despite it being 1.5 hours since the posted open time.

My family of 8 came in one night for a late dinner. They let us push tables together to accommodate our large family. Food was fresh and on point! Customer service was great! Friendly staff members.
