Ice cold room temperature inside and waitress didn't know basic hospitality. I had to put my coat back on. Sprite drink wasn't carbonated at all terrible. I still tipped 20% though but I could say more about this horrible experience. It wasn't worth the time. After my concerns weren't addressed in a timely fashion I asked for the manager. He gave me a whole TEN DOLLAR CARD CREDIT for another visit... WOW!
Everything was perfect in this restaurant. The environment was nice, the food was delicious, and the service was just awesome. They even exceeded expectations when the dessert I wanted was out and had to take an alternative, the manager took care of the cost because they felt bad I did find what I want. Definitely will go back and might be even a good place for a casual business meeting.
Laura O is an awesome server. She was knowledgeable of children and made our visit better by forgetting the correct things like drink refills and bringing something extra for the toddler. She really made our experience enjoyable
