It really depends on who is working. The short white female manager is great. However, the black female manager is a mess and didn't even acknowledge us, and we left after 15 minutes. She seemed to be only worried about doordash orders. … More
I had a no show delivery. They refused to answer the phones. And I had to drive in to get my order and I’m still waiting after 20 minutes. At no point was there communication on how long anything would take. Worst service I have ever experienced. I put the blame on awful managers as the folks inside were doing their best, and it looked like short staffing might have played a part. None the less, there are better companies worth your dime in Columbus.
This used to be my favorite place but it has gone down hill fast. The wings are awful, over cooked and dry. I paid over 20 dollars for “tenders” that were smaller than chicken nuggets and 80 percent breading and like 7 fries. Don’t waste your money. I would prefer Applebees at this point haha
