lane avenue piada is my favorite piada to go to by far. it’s so clean, great/quick service, the food is always amazing, & i’ve never had any issues going there! the staff is so professional, kind, & efficient - i literally only go to this piada because of this. my go to is the bacon & blue salad (highly recommend it). abby & nicole were amazing and made my experience here just worlds better. if you haven’t tried this restaurant you definitely should :)
The food here tasted really good! I'm not a big fan of Italian food, but this place surprised me. However, the workers here seemed so out of it when we visited. I asked for meatballs with my dish, and, without saying anything, the worker slid my food across the counter and walked away. I was so confused. He came back two minutes later with meatballs. They also were working at a snail's pace. When asking for something later on, this worker seemed quite annoyed at us. If you go here, I hope you have a better experience than we did!
FOUND a SCREW in my food. Called to speak to a manager and inform them of the situation. The supposive "manager" told me I would receive a call back later as he did not have time to discuss the situation. Never got a call. That was 24hrs ago. Tried calling again today, and now, no one is answering. I would not eat there. They clearly do not care about their customer or their safety.
