Wings & Ale

My husband and I went to Wings and Ale on bush river road this afternoon. We both were so disappointed in the service we received from our waitress and I use that title loosely. Cherell B was her name and her attitude started almost immediately When we asked for dill chips cooked extra well. That request got me the eat s**t and die look. Of course they were not cooked well done. Later when I asked to add mushrooms to my lunch it was obviously a major undertaking for her to put that request in the computer, since I received a very childish eye roll. Moments later she walked by and was announcing to the whole section as she walked by what a pain her other customers were and that they were ngetting on her nerves. Finally our food was delivered and was very good. No issues with the kitchen staff. We requested a extra ranch which got us yet another eat s**t and die look but this time she actually added in a deep breath and “huffed” at me! At no point did she check to see if we were happy

We work close by and sometimes go for an office lunch. It is a big place. Lots of seating. They also have seating in a dining area separate from the bar if that's what you are interested in. Each time we've gone, the service has been great. Helpful seating us, orders taken correctly, and food came out fast. It looks like it would be a fun place to go to have some drinks and watch sports too. I love the wings, I have to have mine crispy or I can't eat them and they get it right every single time. I also love their lunch specials.
