I ordered wings from this restaurant through Grub hub my order wound be about 45 min. After 50min it updated to another 45 min said delayed. after 45 min it said my new was on its way. 10min later it said cancelled. Grub hub said the manager said they wasn't making me a new order. I'm in a motel waiting for my dinner and the manager didn't care at all. Sorry restaurant don't ever eat there. Sorry customer service
Order was made incorrectly. When the employee was asked simply to add some lettuce to a gyro instead of having to remake, we were told, flat out, "no". When we explained again that it was wring, we were told no again. Called back later to speak to the "manager". Explained the situation and was told that he wasn't working there at the time so he couldn't do anything. Not a care in the world. We ordered for an entire workplace and never will again.
