the worst service ever. ordered the big brunch burger, they didn’t put any hashbrowns on it. ordered a spicy beef burrito with a side of hashbrowns, didn’t receive the hash browns, payed for two butter pecan syrups that i didn’t receive and then i ordered 2 milkshakes which came out to $15, they told us after the fact that they didn’t have milk to make them and instead of refunding the amount or giving me food that compensates the amount i spent, they gave me two lemonades which only covered $6 of the $15. absolutely horrible and very dissatisfied with my service.
I sat there for over twenty minutes and no one came to my table to take my order. It was when I asked fro the manager was when someone came to take my order. The manager was informed so she was the one who brought my food and apologized. Anyway , she gave me the meal for free. I appreciate her.The manager was very professional. Just wanted to document my experience. I will assume it was an oversight. The waiter the took my order was very apologetic and professional.
My service was surprisingly good. ???? The food tasted great. But the pancakes ???? shrunk. At least put them on a smaller plate so it won't be as noticeable.
