Wing Zone Grill & Tap

Went on a Tuesday night, wait time was about an hour, the environment and big screens made a great ambience. The Royale burger was delicious, it was juicy and every part of it was worth the wait. We added the funnel cake fries, as per the servers recommendation, and they did not disappoint. Check this place out if you haven’t, it’s a great little gem in South Texas

The “Royal” burger and Wings don’t lack in flavor. These folks are true to their motto: “The people who love flavor!” Got caught up with eating I didn’t grab a better image of the wings, but there presentation earned an “A+”! They also have mini-churros you can dip in chocolate

I am back at it again with trying out new wing places, this time I was at Wing Zone. This restaurant was quite nice, has that "downtown sport type of feel" with all of the TV's playing sports, the bar in the middle, and some outdoor seating. Very nice. On to the food, to which I can say that it was good. I got the lemon pepper bone-in wings with a drink of water while my friend got the Buffalo Ranch boneless wings, a Dr. pepper, and side of fries. The lemon pepper was nice, had a bit of a saltiness to it but it also had a bit of pepper. The lemon was barely present though. The Buffalo Ranch wings were great as the buffalo tasted a lot more different compared to other buffalo sauces as it had some ranch powder inside of it. The fries, was probably the best item I ate. It was very crispy, had a bit of a thick cut, and it had a good seasoning on it. The only issue is that the portion was a bit small.
