Don’t come here their is homeless people sleeping inside and the employees don’t tell them anything it stinks so bad .
I came in and was told they no longer make Raspados. After telling her I came in last night for 2 raspados, 1 guava and 1 strawberry, she said they actually do and I got my strawberry raspado. How are you guys trying to sell when you guys are not promoting your products and flavors. These two ladies Anabel and Maria Jose in the front have zero customer service skills. I manage a restaurant. I would fire these ladies for not upselling, not promoting products, denying the products we DO have. And lack of excellent Customer service skills. Sales are everything to me. I also wanted guava raspado but she said she only has strawberry.what about coconut? If you didnt want to clean the machine you coulda just said that.
Love Winchells been coming to this location forever ! Best fresh donuts ! So soft love it
