I was happy to see one. Brought back memories of childhood in Chicago. Surprisingly impressed, the sliders still tastes the same. Excellent customer service. The cashier was polite, professional, funny and all round kind. Thank you

Every time we come through here to order the 1921 combo, they always tell us their 1921 grill is down. This is the 3rd time we've been here and still it's happening. This makes me think that they're just being lazy and don't want to do the work. Also, the drive through is extremely slow. 30 minutes minimum wait time. Ridiculous.

I got a 10 piece chicken ring the chicken was not cook all the way so couldn't eat them. Then my two double cheeseburger was gross they were so greasy that you couldn't eat them. The service was okay but could do better.
