Taco Bell

The worst taco bell I've had and that's saying something because everyone has had some bad taco bell at one point or another. Bean burrito was cold and more onions than beans. Nachos were stale and the cheese has plastic consistency. Girl at the window with black braids even was talking to her coworker at window saying they didn't wanna work here anymore. 820pm on 8/31/22. Literally this place needs whole new staff and management if it's allowed to be this bad. Wasted $19 for inedible food. Most pathetic taco bell I've ever been to. They don't care about you. GO ELSEWHERE

11:00 pm at night this was suppose to be a burrito super smash we ordered the deluxe box it wasn’t until after I checked my bag that they told us they didn’t have the chips and cheese that we paid for so they threw in cinnamon twist my son was furious I asked the cashier why wasn’t we informed this before we paid she claimed she was unaware a young man than came to the drive through window got some soda and started drinking it right in front of us I assume that’s when the burrito was being burned and smash that place is very unprofessional at night one of my favorite places to eat except I won’t be returning to this location thanks for nothing

I made an order from the app for take out, and when I got to the location, they said they were closed. I asked about my order and they claimed that I can cancel the order and request a refund. However it says the order is still in progress almost an hour later with no way to cancel. When I tried to call there was no answer, they robbed me of my money and aren't giving it back. Edit: it's been over a day now and I don't think I'm ever getting that refund.
