The person who took my order was rude and got the order wrong. (But the food was great as always )
What more can you say than White Castle?! Always hot and fresh along with the onion rings and cheese fries we ordered. I will say that my mom treated my 2 younger brothers and I to lunch while my dad was busy in radiology,(he was in the ER). We knew we wanted belly bombers and that's all. The young lady behind the counter was very patient with us as we ordered 4 separate meals, then mom spoke up and said she was paying. Young lady didn't flinch or bat an eye but totaled it up and even made sure our table was wiped down. Kudos to you guys!! ????????????
They never miss a beat here. Always friendly, food is always right. Sometimes a little longer wait, but never too bad and only when they seem really short staffed. That is everywhere now days, what you don't see every day, is the staff that did show up, all working non stop for their orders and guests. Tell your team to keep up the good work.
