How amazing is this place?!! Incredibly fast service, clean and the food - best I've had in STL and that includes the Hill and the CWE. The price was fair, expect to spend $10ish per person. They only have canned drinks but they are ic cold. I cannot wait to come back.
Generic Gyro shop. Sides case was basically empty and they were selling member's mark chips at 2 dollars a bag and canned cokes for 2 dollars. A deluxe Gyro with chips and a drink was 16+ which is absolutely insane. Gyro itself was the most mediocre gyro I've had in a loooong time. Save your taste buds and drive for another 5 mins and go to "The Gyro Company" over on Gravois. Its going to be 2-4 dollars cheaper, gyro is gonna be 25% larger, and you get real chips and a real fountain soda.
Lunch for one was $24 for a solo gyro sandwich, hummus w. pita, baklava, and a soda. Gyro Picanti - 10/10 - spicy sauce was off the chain, flavor and meat quality were great, highly recommend!! Hummus - 3/10 - gritty, poor flavor and consistency, doesn’t taste like authentic hummus, would not recommend Baklava - 6/10 - very sweet, Americanized, gives off apple pie vibes, pretty sure the nuts were pecans and not pistachios, recommend that you decide. Overall, I give 4 stars because the Gyro was phenomenal, the environment is cozy and exciting, everything was clean and the customer service was wonderful. I would definitely go back for a Gyro!
