My dad and I were out taking care of business this morning and he need a quick breakfast sandwich.. The toaster sandwich at White Castle was served hot and fresh with wonderful hash Brown bites.. I order my food-thru they drive through an there was a lady working the drive thur window an she was the first young lady that was so excited an friendly to take my order an greet me...I didn't get her name but it was Today at around 4pm THANK U YOUNG LADY FOR GREAT SERVICE THAT U GIVEN ME... AN THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH! AN GOOD GOD BLESS WC. IN MELROSE PK AREA...????????????✌????

The soda machine had no soda in lobby. There was no lids in lobby. The napkin machine was out in the lobby. I asked the lady for barbecue sauce and they said the were out of barbecue sauce. My small order of 4 burgers and chicken rings took forever to make. The only thing positive is the guy with tats making the burgers was extremely kind and even asked if I needed help. That was not his job since he's on the burgers but he has great customer service. Two more ladies were cool too. I just think the need a better store manager that can get things running right like soda machine, placing orders for BBQ sauce and making sure their lobby is filled with napkins and lids.
