They are rude. They did not inform me that I needed to wait for my meal. I ordered at the drive-thru. I had to park to wait for my meal. After 10 minutes I had to go inside to ask for my food and manager with a bad attitude said that I needed to wait 12 minutes more for my sandwich. Then she gave a sandwich that I did not order and it was smash.
Service was verry!! Slow employes were confused on orders. No cup lids in dispensor no forks,knives,or spoons out counters were sticky. Employes converseing with family in dining area they were very loud and disruptive . Ketchup packages were covered in ketchup. Over all my visit was a poor experience .
I was pretty good but register was broken we didn't get a receipt plus they forgot to add my fries luckily we were still in the area to let them know. Had no problem getting our fries.
