White Castle

I don't know if it's laziness, incompetents, or both. I went to go pick up an order and arrived on White Castle property around 4:10am. There were 5 cars in front of me. I did not drive off property until 5:03am. I had always stayed away from this particular White Castle because my last experience wasn't a good one. However, seeing as how that was a few years ago I figured I'd give it another try. I was WRONG!!! I get to the window and after a good 15 minutes or so I finally got the food, but he didn't give me my drinks. So I just sat there. He finally sees me and asked "what you need?" And maybe I was wrong in my thinking, but in that question it just felt like I was bothering HIM because HE didn't give me MY drinks. Because anything coming out of my mouth in that moment would not have been pleasant, I give a hand motion like I'm drinking, he replies "oh the drinks". This location is terrible! We waited over 15 minutes at the speaker in drive thru just to place an order. Once we got to the window, the cashier didn't know what we ordered, so we had to keep repeating the order. We paid for the order & sat there for another 10 to minutes waiting for the order. Finally, someone came over and asked what we ordered again. She didn't know we had already paid for our food. Next thing I know, I heard an employee say, "Oh, their order has been ready!" We received Luke warm French fries and warm food. That was totally unacceptable and normally I would ask for a refund but I knew the person with me was very hungry! I will never go to this location again! The total time in the drive-thru line was over 45 minutes. They were losing business because cars kept pulling off. This is totally unacceptable, and this only happens in certain neighborhoods because people allow it. I'm letting White Castle know this is not an acceptable way to treat customers! They need to

I dont know what they add to these burgers but, usually 1 or 2 burgers if that but, not these. You can have a ton of these and still be so enamored with the taste. One of those few great places you can find that always has you coming back.
