I visited this restaurant on recommendation from the front desk at a hotel I am staying. A little about the restaurant. The store allows for people to place online orders as well as orders at the counter. Some people walk into the store and grab the orders they placed previously to walking to the store. I arrived at the restaurant at 4:45 pm on 09 October 2022. When I arrived, there was Hispanic man, myself, and an elderly African American woman who were waiting to place our orders. There were 2 African American men who were working in the kitchen. After we all placed our orders, we went to sit down and wait for the completion of our orders. We were expecting to wait 25 minutes as per the sign at the register. 5 minutes into waiting, 2 young women came into the store and placed their orders. I decided to go wait in the car for the completion of my order. 20 minutes later, the Hispanic man in front of me walked out the store with his order. I decided to re-enter the store as my order c
