I enjoy White Castle but because of HBP I can’t have a lot of salt. I asked them to prepare my meal without salt and they refused to do it. It's unfortunate that they were unwilling to accommodate a request to prepare my meal without salt, especially considering my health concerns related to high blood pressure. As a customer, it's important to feel heard and supported, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions or health-related needs. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to prioritize the well-being of their customers. It would be beneficial for White Castle to reevaluate their policies and consider being more accommodating to individual requests in the future.
Where's the Dusseldorf mustard?? The sliders were good and hot, and I especially love the new ghost pepper cheese...but you haven't had the mustard the last 3 times I went! Just not the same without the mustard.
What a dump. Person ordering my food was insufferable. They gave me somebody else's order. They didn't even check my food at all. Not returning. Every fast food joint in Jeff is run down. Take the extra 10 mins and drive to Clarksville
