I don't know how y'all do it but every single door dash order I've made it's messed up one way or the other usually never have marinara with my cheese stick 6pice which should come with 2. I use to work at rallys in new Albany and Checkers in Florida. It does not take a genius to work fast food 99% common sense people. Fix pay rates maybe get better working employees. (Edit- Can't even call the number they have it off the hook so can't even try to tell them there mistake to maybe not do it again)
Went through the drive thru at lunch, and even though there were not many customers, the line moved slow, and I had to be pulled to the side after the wait because they had to cook my fish. After waiting another 5 mins my food came out fresh but slightly overcooked. The employees were friendly, just slow.
Went through the drive thru and was told, online orders only, per the GM Request. Order it via Uber eats, pay for priority, and got a drink with no ice left, soft soggy cold fries, soft cold burger... What a joke..
