I call myself goin to the better White Castle and past the one closest to me in Calumet City. Went through the drive thru to get home only to find OLD FOOD!!!! I MEAN WHAT IS SERVICE COMING TOO... RATHER ITS $2 OR $20 ITS A PERSONS $$. I THROUGH THE MAJORITY OF IT IN THE GARBAGE...WASN'T WORTH CALLING OR WASTING THE GAS TO BRING IT BACK. I'LL NEVA GO HERE AGAIN!! ITS SHAMEFUL. The only good thing was the young lady who took my order was nice.
My friend and I stopped at this White Castle and were seriously disappointed. Customer service was very lacking. Rude. I asked if I could get ketchup added to the cheese sliders and was told "there's an upcharge on thar". Um....nevermind just the sliders. The sliders were hot....but not tasty. This White Castle is the only restaurant open 24 hours in this area. It really sucks too because their customer service is the very worst. The drive through line is very slow. After I waited 25 minuets to finally get to the window and pay for my food, they didn't even have my order in the system. Please do better.
