I have dined in at this place twice and loved it both times. The food was delish it was priced decent. However didn’t like the 20% gratuity, I thought that was a bit pricey and hated the parking. Customer service was great. They have a bowling alley in the basement and the place gets pretty lit on the weekend. If you don’t mind finding a parking space and the gratuity’s it’s definitely a place to visit. ❤️❤️

These are 2 different visits(a week apart) Visit 1: I'll try them one more time to make sure this wasn't an off day... The server has had her back to the bar, she's eating behind the bar and smacking ???? She can't seem to serve more than one customer and moving slow fixing drinks. Server Sanrina eventually got better She checked on the customers and became more engaging with us as well. Not sure what caused this change...it is definitely saving them from a horrible review Came upstairs to the rooftop...started enjoying the ambience and people. The table I sat with ordered bottles. After ordering, a manager told us we needed to move. After he(Jeremy) found another space for us, Mark grabs 2 of our chairs to take to another table. He makes a statement...these chairs are paid for! This place needs some customer service training. A new establishment should be better with service. It's definitely too new for the simple mistakes.
